In my Grade 12 year, I have to create 8 works to go into my “breadth”. Breadth pieces can be anything that demonstrates my skills as an artist. On this page, you’ll see paintings, mixed media work, watercolors, set design, and more! However, I do have to include a couple of necessities. An homage to a contemporary artist. A large canvas piece, which I plan to use in my concentration. A piece that addresses colonialism and its’ effects on First Nations people. A three-dimensional piece. Finally, I have at least four of either printmaking, drawing, painting, sketches, multimedia, digital, or installation. This page will be often updated throughout the year as I work on the pieces.
